Deposits and refunds

There is a non-refundable deposit of $200 due with in one week of confirming your reservation. Your reservation will not be held if deposit is not received.

Any amount paid over the deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation 1 month in advance. If cancelled less then one month ahead no refund is provided.
